A White-Label-Kit is a test kit produced under your brand, with your logo, colours and text on the box and on the instructions. The laboratory work behind it belongs to the supplier.
A White-Label-Kit is an ordinary test kit with your brand on the outside, so a customer reads your name on the box, on the leaflet and in the result they receive afterwards. Aniva also offers a white-label customer dashboard in German and English, with a plain-language explanation for every marker, a trend view and a customer-facing PDF.
Branding the box changes who the customer holds responsible, which means the artwork, the wording and the labelling duties need a named owner before launch. Aniva quotes four weeks from a signed contract to the first customer sample, so a branded print run has to be planned inside that period.
Ask these questions before any artwork goes to a printer.
In this glossary, Testkit covers what is inside the box before any branding is added, White-Labeling explains the same idea for software and reports, and Fulfillment describes who packs and sends the finished kits.
