White-labeling means the supplier delivers the kit, the software and the report under your brand, so your customer sees your name throughout. The laboratory work behind it stays with the supplier.
White-labeling means the supplier's product carries your name instead of its own. In diagnostics that covers the kit and its packaging, the ordering screens, the result dashboard and the PDF your customer downloads. The Aniva white-label dashboard has your logo, your colours and your sub-domain, with a plain-language explanation for each marker, a trend view and a customer-facing PDF, published in German and English.
It matters in procurement because the brand on the box decides who your customer contacts when something goes wrong. If the kit has your logo, your support team takes the first question about it, so agree early which questions the supplier answers directly.
A white-label agreement does not move the laboratory responsibility to your company, because the analysis belongs to the laboratory that performs it. Ask the supplier to write down which laboratory is named on the report and under which accreditation the analysis is done.
In this glossary, White-Label-Kit covers the physical box your customer opens, while Partner-Portal covers the console your team works in and Befund covers the result document itself.
