With the apotests.de booking button, your customers request a blood test appointment at your pharmacy without leaving your website.
You add the button with two lines of code, which is a short piece of text you copy once and paste into your website. Further down you find your personal code and every step of the setup.
Get your codeChoose your pharmacy, copy the code and paste it into your website.
This is how the appointment request looks in the side panel on your website.
apotests.de is the directory of pharmacies that offer blood tests with Aniva, and every partner pharmacy has its own page there with a form for appointment requests. The booking button shows exactly this form on your website, so your customers choose their tests, a day and a time there. They pay only at your pharmacy once the test is done, and Aniva sends every request to your pharmacy by email.
Your customers request the appointment on your website, right next to your opening hours and services.
The form shows the tests, prices and opening hours that apply to your pharmacy on apotests.de, so your code always stays the same.
Your website never receives the chosen tests, names or email addresses, and the button sets no cookies.
The button comes in three layouts, and all of them show the same form. On a phone, every layout adapts to the smaller screen.
A click on the button opens the appointment request in a window in the middle of the screen, and on a phone it fills the whole screen.
A click opens the appointment request at the right edge of the screen, or from the bottom on a phone, while your page stays visible.
The form is part of your page without a click, for example on a page of its own about blood tests. It is 760 pixels high, which is about the height of a phone screen.
These examples show the booking form of Aniva HQ, which is the Aniva office in Berlin, so a request you send from here reaches the Aniva team and no pharmacy. The button text is in German, because that is how your customers see it on your website.
The setup has four short steps, and you do the first three right here on this page.
Search the field below for the name or town of your pharmacy and pick it from the list.
Decide between the window, the side panel and the form in the page.
Tap “Copy code”, and the code is then on the clipboard, the place where your device keeps copied text.
Paste the code into your website where the button should appear, then open your website and click the button once.
Paste the code where the button should appear, for example next to your opening hours or on the page about your services.
Add the “Custom HTML” block to the page you want, paste the code into it and save the page.
In Wix, Jimdo, IONOS and similar builders, the element you need is called HTML, Code or Embed, for example. If the builder shows the code in a box of its own, choose the layout in the page and make the box at least 800 pixels high.
Send your agency the code and the link to this guide, because the section for the person who looks after your website has everything they need.
The apotheken.de platform does not allow scripts from other websites, which are small programs a website loads from elsewhere. There the code shows a link, through which your customers request the appointment on apotests.de.
This section is for your web agency or for the person on your team who looks after the technical side of your website.
No, if you can change text on your website yourself, you can also paste the code yourself. If an agency looks after your website, send them the code and the link to this guide.
They then see a plain link to your page on apotests.de, and they request the appointment there with the same form.
The apotheken.de platform does not allow scripts from other websites, so the code shows the link instead of the button there. Through this link your customers request the appointment on apotests.de with the same form.
Some builders, such as Wix, show pasted code in a box of its own, and a window could then be no larger than that box. There the button opens the appointment request in a new tab, which is a new page in your browser. If you would rather show the form directly on your page, choose the layout in the page and make the box at least 800 pixels high.
Aniva sends every request by email to your pharmacy and to the apotests.de team. We send the email to the contact address stored for your pharmacy in the Aniva app, so please tell us when that address changes.
No, the form loads from apotests.de, so your website never receives the chosen tests, names or email addresses. Your website only receives a notice that a request was sent.
Neither the button nor the form sets cookies of its own, and the button reads nothing from your website. When the request is sent, the Cloudflare Turnstile service checks that a person is sending it. Whether your privacy policy should name apotests.de as an embedded service is a question for your data protection adviser, because Aniva cannot give you legal advice on it.
Some cookie banners load scripts from other websites only after a visitor consents, and until then the link is what visitors see. The person who looks after your website can allow apotests.de in your cookie banner.
Yes, with the setting data-apotests-mode="link" your own button keeps its look but still opens the appointment request. No, the form always shows the details that apply to your pharmacy on apotests.de. Your code therefore stays the same for as long as your pharmacy is listed on apotests.de.
Open your website, click the button and check that the appointment request opens with your tests. Please do not send a test request, because Aniva sends every request to your pharmacy by email as a real request.

Janne Kurtz looks after Aniva’s partner pharmacies and answers your questions about the booking button, also together with your web agency. You can reach him by phone, by email or through the website for pharmacies.
